"Sweetie" is a beautiful buckskin tobiano filly out of Twist N Boogie and Skips Late Valentine, our Ris Key Business-bred buckskin tobiano mare. Her color is just stunning - she has a pretty light face with unique "mascara" around both eyes. She is going to be a show-stopper!

Sweetie is growing into a really elegant yearling with a refined head and neck and lots of power in the hind end - boy, can she move! She'll do anything from Hunter-Jumper to Western Pleasure and look good doing it.

Sweetie is double-homozygous! She will always throw colored foals with a black mane and tail, no matter what she is bred to.

2009 Double-Homozygous Tobiano Mare

Angel is our homegrown, DOUBLE-HOMOZYGOUS filly. Her dam is Skips Late Valentine (see her on the Mares page) and she was sired by Even Havens Dr Zeuss - the stud we bred previous to Twist N Boogie. We lost "Zeuss" to a tragic accident in 2008 and Angel was from his last foal crop.

Zeuss was an own son of Sonnys Amigo Bar, and his dam was a daughter of CR Black Buttons, whose sire, MK's Black Pepper, is considered one of the most influential sires in APHA history.

Her half-sister, born in 2011, is the buckskin filly pictured above.

Skip's sire, Ima Cool Skip, is a three-time World Champion in Halter and sire of 33 World Champions and 33 Reserve Champions.

Homozygous Bay tobiano stud colt out of Even Haven’s Dr Zeuss, an own son of Sonny’s Amigo Bar, and double-homozygous Jet Smooth-bred mare. His sire was 16 hands and his dam was 15.3, so he’s going to be big!
